#7. ARTICLE VI - Section 5.E. Duties of Officers (Treasurer)
3. At post-convention board meeting furnish each member with audited financial report. |
Amend Article VI, Section 5.E. by substituting new paragraph 3 as
follows:
3. Furnish each member with financial report at post-convention Board meeting to be audited within 30 days of end of convention. Submitted by Jan Roy. Purpose: Audit not completed until after convention, not before. |

#8. ARTICLE VI - Section 5.E. Duties of Officers (Treasurer)
6. Contact members whose dues are in arrears and maintain a current membership list. 7. Forward to the Executive Secretary membership applications and lists of members who have paid their dues. |
Amend Article VI, Section 5.E. by substituting new paragraph
6, striking paragraph 7, and renumbering subsequent
paragraphs. New paragraph 6 would read:
6. Coordinate and supervise the WN Assistant Treasurer when
one is appointed and delegate appropriate duties to her including:
a. Receive all WN dues from Unit Treasurers and MALs and
deposit moneys into WN bank account.
b. Contact members whose dues are in arrears and maintain
current membership list.
c. Forward to Executive Secretary membership applications
and lists of members whose dues have been paid.
Submitted by Bylaws Chairman. Purpose: To list duties of WN Assistant Treasurer, when one is appointed, under direct responsibility of Treasurer. |
