Menu: Hot Buffet to include Chicken Scallopine Dore, lemon caper butter sauce; Atlantic Salmon with Pesto Cream Sauce; Grilled marinated Flank Steak with herb red win sauce; Penne pasta with fresh basil and red pepper and parmesan cream. Also, fresh garden salad plus broccoli, carrots and cauliflower medley, assorted dinner rolls, coffee, tea, milk and soft drinks. White cake for dessert.

Choice of Entrée: Pork Loin Brochette, OR 7-oz. Prime Rib, OR Fish and Chips. Entrees served with Caesar Salad, Baked Potato, Green Beans Almondine, Housemade Bread, Strawberry Sundae and beverage.

Directions: If traveling East on I-696, exit at Gratiot and go North two miles. Georgian Inn is on left, or West side of Gratiot.
